I had an issue that needed to be handled under warranty, and they took care of it really quickly with no hassle. that’s exactly what you’d hope for, right?

"Still looking good after almost 2 years"
I’ve had the film on for almost 2 years now and it’s still holding up really well. A couple of tiny edges have started to lift a bit, but overall it’s done a great job cutting down on chips. I actually had a friend recommend it to me, and I’m glad I listened.

I ordered a few touch-up paint chips from Rockchip, everything showed up just the way I picked it. The color code, the amount, and even the little extras all matched what I ordered, which I really appreciated because I’m particular about that stuff.
Shipping was totally fine too, but for me the big thing was that they got the order right the first time with no odd mix-ups. Based on my experience, I’d definitely order from them again.

I had a refund issue and expected it to be a bit of a headache, but it was handled really smoothly. The support team got back to me quickly, explained what was happening, and the money showed back up just like they said it would. I especially appreciated that there wasn’t any back-and-forth or chasing needed. Happy with the way they dealt with it.

Not bad at all for what you pay. The chips looked nice, like better than I was kind of expecting, and the price felt fair. Shipping did take a little longer than I thought it would, though... so yeah, just something to keep in mind.

Overall, I had a good experience with it. Everything worked fine and I didn’t run into any major issues, which I appreciated. That said, it didn’t exactly wow me either, just kind of did what it was supposed to do. I’d say it’s solid, but there’s still a little room for improvement

"Good tracking, just a little slow"
I ordered from Rockchip and overall it went smoothly. The tracking updated most of the time, which I appreciated because I could actually see where the package was instead of just guessing. Delivery was maybe about a day later than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. The item showed up in good shape, and the packing was fine, nothing fancy, just enough to keep it protected. Good experience overall, and I’d probably order from them again

I ordered a couple of tools from rock-chips.com and, they seem solid. They don’t feel cheap or flimsy at all, and they worked right out of the box for what I needed. I’ve used them a handful of times now and they’re still holding up fine. Shipping was okay too, but the main thing is the quality seems good. I’d probably buy from them again.

I had a small chip in my windshield and figured I’d try rock-chips.com before spending a bunch on a new one. I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting miracles or anything, but it actually worked well. The chip is a lot less noticeable now, and it hasn’t spread at all after a couple weeks. It was easy enough to use too, and I’m not exactly handy with this kind of stuff, so take that for what it’s worth. i’m glad I gave it a shot first...

"Clear instructions for once"
I’m expecting an apology from all the other DIY kits I’ve struggled with, because the instructions from rock-chips.com were actually clear and easy to follow. I’m not the handiest person, but I didn’t have to stop and search anything up. The pictures made each step straightforward too. It took me a little while, but the end result was better than I thought it would be. Really nice to have directions that don’t make the whole thing more confusing

"Worked better than I thought..."
I used this resin on a couple of small chips in my windshield, and honestly... it came out clearer than I expected. It set nicely, no weird bubbles, and the crack is basically gone unless you really look for it. Happy with the results... I’d buy it again.
